Drum Bungs (Graco and GlasCraft)

Graco supply and “Air-Tight” Drum Bung for the T4, T3 & T2 Models of Drum Pump. This can have two issues in the field: #1 the drum pump is held off the floor of the drum and therefore does not completely empty the 200-litre drum efficiently & #2 when used with Isocyanate is can stick and be difficult to remove. Therefore Glascraft UK has Engineered an “Easy Use” Drum Bung to overcome these issues.

• Glascraft supplies the Original Graco Bung Model 25B395 with Handles Kit 25N940 for Less than Half Price (P.O.A.)
• The “Easy Use” Alternative Glascraft UK Bung Model 24Z834-DB has no Inner O-Ring to avoid seizing up solid. The Air-Tight Seal is made with Grease. In the event of hard isocyanate making it difficult to remove there is a Large Hexagon Body Design for removal with Large Pipe Wrench & this is solid so will not distort from round. Furthermore, the Glascraft UK Easy Use Drum Bung may have heat applied as there are no Rubber O-Rings to damage.
• The Glascraft “Easy Use” Drum Bung also allows the Drum Pump to sit completely into the base of the drum – allowing for complete draining of material (without leaving excess material in the drum).
• The Glascraft “easy Use” Drum Bung is Low Maintenance as there are no seals to replace
