Glascraft is the UK Distributor for ES Manufacturing GRP FRP Hand Tools. ES stands for Elder & Son Engineered Solutions. We offer two types of Hand-Held Fibreglass Chopper designed to cut Fibreglass Roving into short cut lengths. Standard Direct Drive & Gear Reduced. The Standard Direct Drive Unit has slightly higher output and less control for lower output. The Gear Reduced model has slightly less output and offers much more control for lower output applications. Important: Use 562-473LX Marvel Mystery Oil Daily (available from Glascraft).

• CGA-16 Gear Reduced Chopper 1.35kg/min refined control at slower speeds (16 Blade Head)
• CGA-24 Gear Reduced Chopper 1.35kg/min refined control at slower speeds (24 Blade Head)
• 16 Blade Cut Length 4 Blades = 1” (25mm). 8 Blades = 1/2″ (13mm). 16 Blades = 1/4″ (6.5mm)
• 24 Blade Cut Length 3 Blades = 1.33” (34mm). 6 Blades = 11/16” (17mm). 12 Blades = 1/3” (8.5mm). 24 Blades = 1/6” (4.25mm)
