Graco Twistork Geared with Suction – Drum Agitator

Graco make a Range of Air Powered Mixers. The range is Pneumatic please follow “Mixer Care” sheet to promote longevity. Suitable for Mixing a Wide Range of Materials. Twistork™ Agitators create a Vortex within the Drum by drawing up from the base. Note: they do Not shear mix – see other mixers if shearing is required.

• This Agitator allows for mixing and suction of a pump up through the centre of the mixer shaft.
• Available bare (without pump) or with ¾” Husky Diaphragm Pump
• Designed for 200 Litre Tighthead Drums – Narrow Agitator Blade can be close to edge of drum without causing damage
• 236629 (Bare Unit) & 238859 (with Pump) Agitator fits into the 2” Bung on a 200 Litre Drum whether located at the edge or the centre.
• Mixer Shaft is Stainless Steel and features a “Corkscrew” Style blade for Helical Agitation
• Prevents settling out of fillers or pigments
• 7hp Industry Proven High Torque Air Motor
• Conforms to Atex
• 87dB(A) max (reduced with silencer)
• Easily Adjustable from 0-3,000 r.p.m.
• Air Consumption 20-70cfm (30cfm @ 100psi is sufficient for most materials)
