GlasCraft UK Ltd has a Large Service Team. With 5 Technical Service Engineers & 5 Vans on the Road for Mobile Service, no other company offer’s the same After-Sales Service in Composites or PU.

The Tech Service Team is available on 5 Mobile Numbers for Technical Assistance. Using Face-Time Calls, sharing Videos and Photos to help us help you to Trouble Shoot any problems and Minimise Downtime.

At our North Manchester Facility, we stock over £1 Million Pounds’ Worth of Equipment and Spares. Our Policy is to Not Back Order Parts. Delivering Next Day. Keeping your Business Running Efficiently.

Many customers understand the importance of Annual Maintenance. Our Team will visit your facility to conduct Annual Service of your Equipment every 12 months. However Quarterly, or Six-Monthly Visits are available where preferred. The Equipment is Tested, Calibrated and Video Documented with the Option of a Certificate of Conformity which can be issued after each service for your documented records. All our Engineers send an Email Service Report after each job. This details the job and offers recommendations (where necessary) of how to improve Production, Health & Safety, Efficiency, Maintenance etc.

For Customers that want Minimal Downtime we offer Major Component Assembly Spares. Many of our customers keep spare major assemblies in stock – like Spray Guns, Drum Pumps, Main Pump Displacement Pumps (Fluid Sections), Catalyst Slave Pumps, Choppers etc. In the Event of an issue, the major component assembly is swapped out for the spare serviced assembly – giving virtually No Downtime in Production. Then, the item requiring service, is posted to Glascraft for Repair/Service & turned around quickly so that a Serviced Spare Assembly is always available.

Whether driving a Mobile Rig into the Glascraft Service Centre or our Engineer is visiting your facility, we will always get you up and running Same Day. There is no waiting for Spare Parts or a Return Visit.

Thinking “Outside-the-Box” we often provide Unique Solutions. We have Fleet of Demonstration Systems in our Training Centre to enable Trials of New Materials and Applications.
