TRAINING CENTRE
Technical Training Centre: Our New Technical Training Centre was opened in 2024 at our North Manchester Facility. This has proved extremely popular for several reasons. Self-Contained it Houses our Spray Booth for Practical Hands-On Demo’s, Trials & Training. The facility also includes a Training Room with Whiteboard, TV and various pieces of equipment for clean service theory training.
Training Schools
We tailor our Training Schools bespoke to our Customers Requirements. These are Designed around the exact Equipment and Application for each individual partner. These can be On-Site or Remote.
Certification
All Trainees will be issued with a Training Certificate, which is helpful in Documenting your in-house PUWER* compliance. *Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1988.
On-Site Operator Training
Our Tech Service Team can visit your facility and train Operators in the Production Environment, using your equipment, material, moulds and products.
Remote Operator Training
Operators can visit our Training Centre so that they are away from the pressures and distractions of every-day production for a Comprehensive Training School at Glascraft.
On-Site Maintenance Training
Our Tech Service Team can visit your facility and train Maintenance Staff in the Production Environment, Servicing your equipment in the Real Environment.
Remote Maintenance Training
Maintenance Staff can visit our Training Centre so that they are away from the pressures and distractions of every-day production for a Comprehensive Training School at Glascraft. Apart from the Clean Theory Training Room we also have a Real Hands-On Service Room for working with Dirty Equipment. This has a Hot Works Bench, Various Ultrasonic Baths, Localised Extraction and a full range of cleaning solvents to hand. Sometime Maintenance Staff will bring along Equipment which needs Repair and Service. So apart from training they can return with a Fully Functional Serviced Assembly that they worked on themselves.
Meetings, Demonstrations & Open Days
Our Tech Service Centre is available for Material Suppliers to hold Meetings, conduct Demonstrations or invite customers and potential customers to Open Days. Whether Training or Marketing or Tech Service Centre is available to all.
