VAN or TRAILER MOBILE RIGS

There are several applications where the Equipment needs to be Mobile so it can be driven to site. Glascraft will Fit-Out a Van, Truck or Trailer with all the necessary Equipment to work efficiently mobile on site.

Foam Jacking for Subsidence & Slab-Lifting; Polyurea Spray for Waterproofing Contracts; Foam Spray for Insulation; PFR Resin Roller for Mobile Fibreglass Work on-site; FIRETITE & Closed Cell Foam Injection for Cavity Insulation.

Entry Level Foam Rigs with the A-25 Graco Reactor & can fit into a 3.5T Van and these are “self-contained” as they have on-board Generator & Compressor. Used for Spray Insulation or Cavity Insulation.

Elite Foam Rigs are Mid-Range Output & fitted into 5T Van, 3.5T Trailer or 7.5T Truck. They are a higher output than the Entry Level Rig and so require a Larger Generator. These include E-30, H-30 & E-30i i-REACT Graco Reactors with Advanced Controls.

High-Output Foam Rigs are based on the H-50 Hydraulic Reactor³ System. If mounting in a 3.5T Trailer, then the Generator must be separate. Alternatively, the Complete Rig can be installed in a 7.5T Truck.

Elite Polyurea Rigs are Mid-Range Output & fitted into 5T Van, 3.5T Trailer or 7.5T Truck. These include E-XP2, H-XP2 & E-XP2i i-REACT Graco Reactors with Advanced Controls. Used for Low-Level Contracts like Flooring, Bunding and Low-Level Roofing. These have a Mid-Output: 4 Litres per Minute which is 2m²/min @ 2mm thick. These units can have 320ft/96m Heated Hoses & Maintains Pressure to the Spray Gun up 2 Stories only.

High-Output Polyurea Rigs are based on the H-XP3 Hydraulic Reactor³ System. If mounting in a 3.5T Trailer, then the Generator must be separate. Alternatively, the Complete Rig can be installed in a 7.5T Truck. Used for Large Contracts and High-Level Roofing. These have a High-Output: 8 Litres per Minute which is 4m²/min @ 2mm thick. These units can have 420ft/126m Heated Hoses & Maintains Pressure to the Spray Gun up 8-10 Stories.

PFR Resin Roller Rigs are popular for Mobile Fibreglass Contracts. These include the Internal Mix Pressure Fed Roller & Optional Resin Spray Gun. Used for Low-Level Contracts like Flooring, Bunding and Low-Level Flat Roofing. These have a Mid-Output: 4 Litres per Minute which is 2m²/min @ 2mm thick. These units can have 100ft/30m Hoses & Maintains Pressure to the Roller or Spray Gun up 2 Stories. Resin Roller has NO atomised over-spray and Minimal Solvent Flush. Only the Roller Pole & Head are flushed, the whole hose length is separate Resin & Catalyst and so does not require flushing. Note: These include either a Petrol or Diesel Compressor (the System is Pneumatic)
